LESSON 1: MINERAL MADNESSs
The Superstition Mountains are a rugged range in central Arizona.  Said	
to be the site of the legendary Lost Dutchman mine, the volcanic rock is
near 200 million years old.  Here, two hundred years ago, every man in a
secret Spanish mining operation was massacred by Apaches.  The mine was	
never re-found, just the skeletons of men - and burros laden with rich
ore.  Now, the lure of fortune has brought you to the massacre grounds.Y
You spot a mineral lying partly exposed within a rocky playa.  The
summer sun glares off the metallic, brassy surface.  Rubbing it against	
a piece of sand paper, it reveals a blackish streak.  A sharp quartz
rock is able to mar the mineral's surface.  Could you have found...?\
Months of desert loneliness haven't been without affect.  You let out a	
half-crazed chortle and look around warily.  Your arch-nemesis,
professor Friedreich Von Mueller, could be behind any rock.  Placing a
hand on your Ruger 9mm automatic, you carefully tuck away your most
